Beto just announced a plan to mobilize every branch of government to protect access to safe and legal abortions. The comprehensive plan would direct the Justice Department to defend Roe v. Wade, take executive action to reverse Trump’s “gag rule” and the Hyde Amendment, appoint judges who respect a woman’s constitutional right to choose, and work wtih Congress to pass legislation preventing states from infringing on abortion rights.
